Matthew appears in Rana's submission en route to deliver the Enragement Ring to Marc, having been given the task by Reisen. However, Sonu and Mei appear and push Matthew into the nearby dumpster, take the ring from him, and run off to Rana's castle. Matthew heads for where Marc and EvilEggoWaffle are and informs of them of the situation. He also mentions that, along the way, a garbage pot started following him. Matthew asks if he can keep him, which Marc allows.

Trivia
- People call Matthew "Wolt" because his splice he used for his self insert looks very similar to the character of the same name.
- He called his splice "Toby."
- Matthew's arch-enemy is Wolt, But Stronger.
- In Sliver's Murdertime, Matthew appears in a cutscene, but is not an actual unit in the game, enemy or otherwise. This is due to Sliver forgetting to place Matthew's unit on the map.
