Humlet's Tale is Yang Kai's submission in Ragefest V: The Enragement Ring. It is a hack of Blazing Sword. However, it is not available for download, as it was found to be using assets from other hacks without crediting their sources. This was what disqualified Humlet's Tale and removed it from the contest.

As far as we know, there is no relation to A Hobbit's Tale.
