Reisen is a rabbit youkai hailing from the moon, however she fled the Lunar Capital and headed for Gensokyo to escape the capital's warmongering. There, she is offered asylum by Eirin and Kaguya, who are also hiding from the capital. Her first in-game appearance is her boss battle in ''Imperishable Night'', where she defends their home from the protagonists, but fails in the end. Reisen has appeared in several games and official manga since then, including two of the fighting game spin-offs. She has the ability to manipulate light waves and sanity, which allows her to create illusions and hallucinations in the minds of her targets.

Reisen Udongein Inaba is a character from the Touhou Project series of shoot-em-ups. She is MarkyJoe1990's waifu, and as a result she has made several appearance throughout Ragefest, both in submissions and Ragefest canon.
