He is a joke character whose only purpose is to try and sell all Fire Emblem Fates' DLC.

In the first chapter, while the protagonists are trying to reach the bandit's village, Todd Corrin suddenly appears from one of the houses of the village. He greets the player, and asks them if they have already purchased Fire Emblem Fates. Todd Corrin keeps talking, giving the player the chance to buy the same game again, but half the price. The player can't answer, so he decides to ally with them, keeping watch, until they purchase the game. His actions after [[Rana]] is defeated are unknown.
