==Information==

Much like her cousin, the indentity of being an Auroran was made very clear to Dawn during her life. Unlike Dusk, this detail wouldn't make any real weight into her personality in the present as she continues to hold a positive attitude that contrasts heavily with her Dusk's. Before the start of '''Heirs of Rage,''' she and Dusk take on the roles as Guardians of the Hermitage. Even with such a heavy and serious role, Dawn's habits occasionally break the tone and immediately paints her in a more silly light. She is the first to crack a joke in the face danger.

===Heirs of Rage===

Dawn makes her first official appearance alongside her cousin in a cutscene just before chapter 4, she is seen firing an arrow at the group with the intent to harm, as the arrow would have met it's mark had [[Chibraxis]] not push [[Ryokazi]] out of the way. It is here that the two guardians make their presence known as a force to be reckoned with. As the chapter starts, Dawn keeps up a facade of being serious while breaking into her usual silly antics much to Dusk's dismay. Much like her father, Dawn is gifted the ability to break the fourth wall. A trait that only fuels her silly antics to go further and beyond just comic relief as she points out rather good points made about the gameplay to work in their favor. Which suggests that even with this knowledge she and Dusk would rather play things fairly than to have everything work completely in their favor.

Should the player have recruited Particius, Dawn is shown to be incredibly upset over having the title of a Jojo Memer taken away from her. This leads Patricius to begin insisting that he was the '''OG''' and that he will always hold the title. This segues into Patricius growing rather fond of Dawn and beginning to flirt with her, which only further infuriates her. This remains the sole instance of Dawn being truly angry at someone.

If Dawn engages in battle with [[Aster|Aster,]] the two end up becoming friends on the spot. They begin to understand that just because they are on opposite sides of the battlefield that they don't need to bear ill will towards each other, and in turn decide to take the opportunity to befriend each other. As touching a moment it is, Dawn breaks the news that they are still currently at a feud and must still fight each other.

From then onwards Dawn remains a serious woman with frequent breaks from reality to her true quirky nature. The more notable breaks in her serious facade being the interactions she has with her own family, '''Patricius''', against Mari, and in her ending where she seems to drop the mask, in both senses, and fully embraces her fun loving and bright personality.

===Tale of Purt II===

Dawn returns at the start of the game, true to her development she is a much more open and happy woman. Even going as far as to try and break Dusk out of his edgy funk with some wholesome family fun such as cosplaying as Mabel and Dipper Pines. As Purt comes home with [[Originul]] and a '''Tardis''' tome, the spark is reignited in Dusk as the Agonist Family take on the task of using time travel to retcon the death of '''Avraxas.'''

Dawn remains a main party member throughout the game and serves more as the vibrant dreamer trying to keep a smile against the grim setting they've managed to step into. Even when faced with the dark and gritty nature of the world they journeyed into, Dawn remains true to her silly attitude, often trying to diffuse the tension with jokes and memes, as well as a coping mechanism when faced with the horrible terrors. In the end, her spirit was truly put to the test when faced with the absolute ruthlessness of [[Charlotte|Athie]], but is kept going and brought back up with the encouragement of her father. With Purt's positive attitude and inspiring words, Dawn cracks a smile and immediately makes a '''Persona 5''' reference, showing that she truly has been revived from the feeling of hopelessness that '''Athie''' tried to plunge them into.

==Personality==

Dawn acts more or less as one would expect the daughter of '''Purt''' to be. She is bright and silly as the bread deliverer himself, although shown to not have as strong of a will as him as shown by the moment of complete defeat she felt in the final chapter of '''Tale of Purt II.''' She is quick to make friends, even amidst the battlefield. Just as quickly as she is to make jokes even in the most inappropriate of times. Though she clearly has her limits, shown by both her confrontation with Athie and any and all conversations that have any semblance to do with Patricius.

==Appearance==

Dawn is a young woman around the age of 19 as she once put it. Given the nature of being the only female Agonist, Dawn stands out immensely in comparison to her father. Although the two do share the same color schemes and hair color, Dawn begins to break away with the length of her hair reaching midback as well locks of hair that depart from her bangs to frame her face. Though what is worth mentioning is that her hair does curl in a similar fashion to the other Agonists, but due to length she has a more unique style.

* In Heirs of Rage, should Dawn end the last strike of her Astra with a Critical, the sound effect used is that of a large caliber rifle firing off. A possible pun off of the fact that her class is a Sniper.
** This sound effect follows her in Tale of Purt II as her regular Critical Sound Effect.
* In the ending credits to Heirs of Rage, it is shown that Patricius proposes to her on the spot. The results of the proposal were left ambiguous. However due to the public release and Tale of Purt II, it is more than likely that she denied him due to Patricius being the only person alive to have incited anger in her.

== Information ==

Unlike the other Heirs, while being raised under '''Av''' and '''Purt's''' care, the twin parents revealed to their children the nature of their creation by the [[Aurora Machina|Aurora Machina.]] This however did not damper their spirits as they were raised, however the news would later shape Dusk into a more serious, and occaisionally edgy young man. Before the start of '''Heirs of Rage,'''presumably after the supposed Death of his father, Dusk and Dawn take on a more serious role in guarding the Hermitage from [[Maritisa|Mari]] to avoid having it's power abused. He is the most likely to be sober at a party.

=== Heirs of Rage ===

Dusk makes his official appearance in chapter 4's cutscene as he is suddenly voiced by '''David Stanbra''' in a cutscene. Throughout the chapter, he and his cousin Dawn enforce their roles as guardians of the Hermitage and presenting the other Heirs with a challenge in order to keep them from getting inside. They use the power of the Chinchilla Veins to close off their point of entrance and summon Bread Dragons in order to present more resistance. Throughout the battle, he and Dawn talk casually to each other about some events that occur should the others begin their supports, such as with [[Lune]] and [[Eph|Eph's,]] as well as [[Patricius|Patricius']] dramatic entrance.

During this chapter, Dusk shows off his colder side, often remaining firm and serious despite the fourt wall breaking antics of his cousin. He is only shown to break his demeanor when Patricius appears and begins to flirt with Dawn, he laughs at both Particius' failed wooing and Dawn's annoyance with the dark mage.

Further into the chapter, should the player have '''Lune''' in her party, Dusk will remark how he never expected her to return under the current circumstances. Having Lune fight against Dusk will trigger a in game cutscene, presumably as a trigger that restores the memories that she had lost. During which she begins to furiously question Dusk about the whereabouts and status of her family. He remains cold and reveals the dark truth to her yet tells her to remain strong and continue moving forward with the memories at her back.

Upon their defeat at the chapter, they allow the Heirs to enter the Hermitage, after which they reveal that Mari is the true mastermind for the disappearances of their parents and promptly attempt to stop her. From then onward Dusk and Dawn remain with the party for the final few chapters.

=== Tale of Purt II ===

At the start of the game, he and Dawn are seen chatting in the Agonist Bakery, with Dawn trying to persuade to dress as Dipper Pines to her Mabel Pines to fit the twin motif. Her proposal is met with denial as well as a reminder that they are cousins and not twins. Before the conversation can head down a darker path, Purt and [[Originul]] arrive with a '''Tardis''' tome, explaining about their plans to retcon the late Avraxas' death with time travel.

Throughout the game, Dusk stays as the voice of reason trying to keep everyone's heads back down from the clouds, while also coming to terms with his lineage's love of memes. He also displays a more forgiving side that he remarks would have never developed had he never met with [[Ryokazi]] during the events of Heirs of Rage.

== Personality ==

Dusk acts as an obvious Foil to Dawn, maintaining a rigid and pragmatic outlook. Although Dusk appears to be more closed off to trivial things such as family, it is suggested to be more or less a mask to hide behind as his actions and words show an appreciation for others he holds dear. Such as in his battle conversation with Lune, he holds a sympathetic side towards her struggles and gives her the direction she needed to continue onward. Another example in of his emotional side is in the Meme Ending of Heirs of Rage, when '''Kanye West''' shoves a hologram Happy Meal down '''Aurora's''' throat, killing him. Despite being aware of Aurora Machina not being his physical father, he is still distraught and traumatized upon seeing the hologram choke.

== Appearance ==

Dusk is a young man around the age of 18. His appearance closely resembles that of his father, so much to the point that even Mari mistook him for Avraxas when they fist met. Aside from wearing similar black attire and a blue scarf, the details that set Dusk apart from his father is the mask he occasionally wears along with how he styles his air. Although sharing the same brown shade, Dusk keeps a portion of his hair longer on his right side that curls downward along his face.

As one of the many '''Heirs'''created by the [[Aurora Machina|Aurora Machina,]] she is assumed to have been raised in the [[Cheaprealms]] by her father before the events of '''Heirs of Rage.''' Similar to her father's role, she takes on the class of a Pirate. A role she has no issue playing as she often uses pirate lingo in her speech. She is the fondest of collecting bandanas.

Eph makes her appearance fairly early in the first chapter, imprisoned in a cell of [[Wolflamb|Wolflamb's]] castle alongside her close friend [[Cadet|Cadet.]] It is revealed through their conversations that Eph is entirely at fault for their imprisonment, having angered the soldiers by making countless bandanas from their supplies. From Chapter 1 onwards, Eph remains a prominent member of the party, often appearing in major cutscene artworks and important dialogues.

In her talk conversations with [[Everet|Everet]] throughout the game, it is revealed that their relationship, much to Eph's dismay, resembles that of two close guy friends. This is reflected in the fact that Everet and Eph often bond over cute pictures of Dogs and Memes, and furthered by the fact that Eph supports Everet in his love life as a wingman. Eventually Eph manages to confess her feelings and her frustrations, only for Everet to confirm her fears that he cannot reciprocate her feelings. Having gotten her closure, Eph resolves that should things not work out for Everet, that she will be ready on the '''Rebound''' and thus learning the skill of the same name.

== Personality ==

Among the cast, Eph is arguably the most jovial and upbeat. Her bright smile being one of the most obvious and easily recognizable of her features. Even among the different expressions in her portraits, the smile remains firm on her face, save for her disgruntled expression where it appears clearly strained. To coincide with her positive attitude, she appears to be the supportive type, often taking care of others above herself, as shown as she immediately took to being Everet's wingman when she realized he had his sights on Cadet first.

Eph is a young woman somewhere around the age 18. She wears a white bandana wrapped atop her head and another bandana wrapped around her upper body over a black tank top. She wears a black arm band on her left bicep and black pants. Her hair and eyes share the same light shade of blue, while her hair is kept just above shoulder length.

* Eph is the only unit in Heirs of Rage that can promote. Her promotion item being the Cheap Gem that [[Purt]] has in his inventory. She is able to promote into a Berserker.
